Webster Technique

The Webster technique is utilized throughout pregnancy as a safe means to restore proper pelvic balance and function. This technique is defined as a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nervous system and facilitates bio mechanical balance in pelvic structures, muscles and ligaments.

The Webster technique is a gentle chiropractic adjustment that aligns the pelvis and includes a soft tissue release of associated muscle groups. It allows the pelvis to function properly during pregnancy. The technique reduces soft tissue tension that may cause uterine torsion which allows for an ideal environment for the baby to grow and move. Webster technique is helpful in providing relief for common lower back and sciatic pains that pregnant women often experience.

This technique helps keep the pelvis in the optimal position during pregnancy and birth which allows the baby to have the most space to get into the correct position for birth and can help reduce labor times by up to 5 hours!
